    1. Booking and Consultations

    All treatments require a prior consultation to assess suitability. Zenubia Wellness reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client. Consultations may carry a fee, which will be communicated prior to booking.

    2. Cancellation Policy

    We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

    3. Treatment Outcomes

    Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science, and results can vary significantly from person to person. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Any before and after images shown are for illustrative purposes only.

    4. Pricing and Payments

    Prices for treatments are not published on our website as all treatment plans are bespoke. A full quote will be provided during your consultation. Payment is required in full on the day of treatment unless a payment plan has been previously agreed.

    5. Liability

    Zenubia Wellness will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

    6. Medical History

    It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they provide Zenubia Wellness with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.
